Shipping & Delivery
Stateside Quartermaster, Ltd. works with multiple fulfillment partners and suppliers. Items in one order may ship separately from different locations and may arrive in multiple packages.
Processing and delivery estimates
Processing and delivery estimates shown at checkout or in order communications are estimates, not guarantees. Supplier processing times, carrier conditions, weather, holidays, address issues, and product restrictions can affect delivery.
Shipping rates and destinations
Available shipping methods, rates, and destination eligibility are calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart and delivery address. Some products cannot ship to all destinations. We may cancel and refund an item or order if it cannot legally or operationally be shipped to the destination provided.
Multiple shipments
Because products may be fulfilled by different partners, a single order may generate multiple tracking numbers and delivery dates. You are charged only the amounts shown at checkout unless you separately approve a later change.
International orders
International customers are responsible for complying with local import laws. Duties, taxes, brokerage fees, import charges, permits, and similar destination charges are the customer's responsibility unless checkout expressly states they are included. Certain tactical, protective, military, law-enforcement, firearm-related, controlled, or restricted products may be unavailable for export or delivery to certain locations.
Address accuracy
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. Once fulfillment begins, address changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Tracking, loss, or damage
Tracking may take time to update after a label is created. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears lost in transit, contact contact@statesideqm.com with your order number and relevant photos or carrier information so we can review the issue.
