These Terms of Service apply to purchases from and use of the Stateside Quartermaster, Ltd. online store.

ORDERS
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline, limit, or cancel orders when reasonably necessary, including for inventory or pricing errors, supplier availability, suspected fraud, payment problems, legal or regulatory restrictions, or shipping limitations.

If we cancel a paid item, the applicable amount will be refunded.

PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices and promotions may change before an order is placed. Customers are responsible for the amounts accepted at checkout, including applicable shipping, taxes, and other disclosed charges.

FULFILLMENT
Products may be fulfilled by Stateside Quartermaster or third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners. A single order may arrive in multiple packages or shipments.

Certain tactical, protective, military, law-enforcement, firearm-related, export-controlled, or otherwise restricted products may be subject to age, location, licensing, end-use, export, import, or other legal restrictions.

We reserve the right to request information necessary to confirm eligibility or to refuse shipment where required or appropriate.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Stateside Quartermaster branding, original website content, graphics, and page designs are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Manufacturer and third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
We may modify, correct, suspend, or discontinue website features, products, or content when necessary.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stateside Quartermaster, Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this website or products purchased through it.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
