SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Stateside Quartermaster, Ltd. works with multiple suppliers and fulfillment partners. Products from the same order may ship separately from different locations and may arrive in multiple packages.

SHIPPING RATES
Available shipping services and charges are calculated during checkout according to the products ordered, fulfillment source, and shipping destination.

Customers are responsible for the shipping charges accepted during checkout unless a product or shipping method specifically states that shipping is free.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY
Processing and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Supplier processing, carrier delays, weather, holidays, address problems, inventory availability, and other circumstances may affect delivery.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Orders containing products from different suppliers may generate multiple tracking numbers and delivery dates.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Some products cannot legally or operationally be shipped to every destination. We may cancel and refund an affected item if it cannot be shipped to the address provided.

Certain tactical, military, protective, law-enforcement, firearm-related, export-controlled, or regulated merchandise may have additional shipping or destination restrictions.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if you discover an error. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

TRACKING
Tracking information may take time to update after a shipping label is created.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT SHIPMENTS
If a shipment appears lost, arrives damaged, or contains an incorrect product, contact contact@statesideqm.com with your order number and any relevant photographs or carrier information.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
When international shipping is made available, customers are responsible for applicable duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, permits, and import requirements unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
