Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to purchases from and use of the Stateside Quartermaster, Ltd. online store. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies presented during checkout.

Eligibility and lawful use

You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase and that you will use products only in a lawful manner. You are responsible for determining whether a product may lawfully be purchased, possessed, imported, exported, transported, or used in your jurisdiction.

Product information

We work with multiple manufacturers, suppliers, and fulfillment partners. We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, photographs, specifications, pricing, and availability, but supplier information can change. Minor differences in color, packaging, labeling, production revisions, or other non-material details may occur. If a material error is discovered before fulfillment, we may contact you, correct the error, or cancel and refund the affected item.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including for pricing or inventory errors, suspected fraud, supplier availability, legal or regulatory restrictions, shipping limitations, payment issues, or other operational reasons. If we cancel a paid item, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Pricing and payment

Prices and promotions may change without notice before an order is placed. You agree to pay the amount presented and accepted at checkout, including applicable shipping, taxes, and other disclosed charges.

Fulfillment partners

Products may be stocked or shipped by Stateside Quartermaster, Ltd. or third-party fulfillment partners. A single order may arrive in multiple shipments. Supplier participation does not change your relationship with us for the retail order you place through our store.

Restricted and regulated products

Some tactical, protective, military, law-enforcement, firearm-related, export-controlled, or otherwise restricted products may be subject to age, location, licensing, end-use, export, import, or other legal restrictions. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility or may decline shipment where required or appropriate.

Intellectual property

Store content, branding, graphics, page designs, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product names, marks, and content owned by manufacturers or other third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

Website availability

We may modify, suspend, correct, or discontinue store features, products, or content as necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stateside Quartermaster, Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Policy changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version presented at the time of an order applies to that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
