How It Fits

This boot is built on our DT5 last. This last provides an athletic fit designed with a narrower heel and a lower volume fore- and mid- foot to specifically fit the shape of women’s feet. The sleek, streamlined last is excellent for on or off trail hiking.

Returned items that do not meet our return criteria will not be eligible for a refund. EXCHANGES: We understand that it is difficult to buy clothing and footwear online, so we will exchange items that do not fit for the same item in a different size. There are two ways to handle an exchange:

 1.Buy the new item, return the old one to us for a refund. This is the fastest and easiest.

 2.Return the old item to us with a note requesting an alternate size. Include payment for shipping. We will ship the new item to you. Please allow up to two weeks for processing and the round trip.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RETURNS: Due to the long shipping times and cost of INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, orders outside the U.S.A., Canada and European Union are not returnable and cannot be exchanged. Customers in the European Union have a 40 day return period, where required by law.

Shipping for all exchanges and returns is the buyer's responsibility. If your item originally had free shipping, you still must pay shipping for the exchanged item.
