The McGuire Gear Drop-Leg IFAK Pouch is a MOLLE-compatible tri-fold-out drop-leg medical pouch — attaches to your leg and belt for a low-slung, fast-access position. Tear-away Velcro® platform lets you detach the pouch quickly; cinch straps with quick-release buckles let you open it fast. Seven elastic storage loops, a mesh zipper fold-out pouch, three open-top pockets, and a drainage grommet. Double-zipper closure keeps contents secure.
