The McGuire Gear Rip-Away IFAK Pouch is a tri-fold MOLLE-compatible medical pouch where the back panel detaches from the main pack — designed for maximum-speed access to first-aid essentials in critical moments. Loop panel measures 6" x 6.5" with MOLLE loops and straps. Two D-rings and an adjustable strap with quick-release buckle.
