Use this checklist to complete the authorized State Guard physical training uniform. Organization policy controls colors, logos, reflective items, seasonal layers, and footwear.

Army Green Service Uniform (AGSU) Shopping Checklist
Build the female AGSU from head to toe. Confirm your organization’s current uniform policy, authorized headgear, rank, state/organization insignia, awards, neckwear, and skirt/slacks configuration before ordering.
- ☐ Heritage Green garrison cap or service cap and organization-approved cap device.
- ☐ Women’s Heritage Green service coat.
- ☐ Organization-authorized female-size rank, shoulder insignia, crests, tabs, patches, and branch devices.
- ☐ Organization-prescribed name plate and identification items.
- ☐ Authorized ribbons, badges, and awards.
- ☐ Women’s Heritage Tan long-sleeve and short-sleeve shirt/overblouse.
- ☐ Women’s AGSU neck tab or organization-prescribed neckwear.
- ☐ Heritage Walnut belt with authorized antique brass buckle and tip.
- ☐ Women’s Heritage Taupe slacks/trousers and/or skirt as authorized.
- ☐ Heritage Walnut socks/hosiery and women’s brown/walnut low-quarter shoes or pumps.
- ☐ Military dog tags / identification tags when prescribed.
- ☐ Heritage Walnut gloves, all-weather coat, authorized bomber/windbreaker/Ike jacket/V-neck sweater, service stripes, and overseas bars as authorized.
