PT Uniform — Full Head-to-Toe Shopping Checklist
Use this checklist to complete the authorized State Guard physical training uniform. Organization policy controls colors, logos, reflective items, seasonal layers, and footwear.

Army Service Uniform (ASU) Shopping Checklist
Build the female ASU from head to toe. Confirm your organization’s current uniform policy, authorized headgear, rank, insignia, awards, and skirt/trouser configuration before ordering.
- ☐ Black beret or authorized women’s blue ASU service cap and correct cap device.
- ☐ Women’s ASU dress blue coat.
- ☐ Organization-authorized rank, shoulder insignia, crests, branch insignia, badges, and devices.
- ☐ Red 1 x 3 name plate with white lettering or the exact organization-prescribed name plate.
- ☐ Authorized ribbons, badges, awards, qualification bars, flashes, and ovals.
- ☐ Women’s white long-sleeve and short-sleeve ASU shirts.
- ☐ Women’s black ASU neck tie and authorized belt/buckle/tip.
- ☐ Women’s ASU trousers and/or dress blue skirt as authorized.
- ☐ Black dress socks/hosiery and organization-approved women’s black dress shoes or pumps.
- ☐ Military dog tags / identification tags when prescribed.
- ☐ Dress gloves, all-weather coat, approved sweater/windbreaker, service stripes, and overseas bars as authorized.
